Street Scene grille

I really like the Street Scene grilles.  Does anyone know what it takes to install them?  Do they go over the stock?  Do you replace the whole grille?

I have looked at getting one of those and I am pretty sure that it installs over the stock grille and there is no cutting involved, you just use special fastners.

It's pretty easy.  All you need is a 10mm nutdriver and a long #2 phillips screwdriver to take your grill off.  The SS inserts just fit right over the top of the original parts.  Then some "clips" behind to secure it.  It's strongly advised to paint the original chrome inserts black so they don't show through.  The Tahoe/Suburban grill is already that way.
