Factory torque specs '18

Hello everyone, first time poster here.

Just bought a 2018 Silverado 1500 Crew and I want to install a step of step bars.  I purchased a set of 3" body mount bars because they were cheap and the wife can't get in the truck.

I was doing a little reading and now people have me concerned, possibly overly, do I need to torque these bolts to something specific?  Additionally the manual for these bars suggests using anti-seize for the body bolts, is this a good idea?

Thanks

Using anti-seize would be a good idea for anything on the bottom side of the truck.  Just tighten them down by hand and then a little more.  No need to use an impact.  I'm not sure what the exact torque specs would be, but I would think hand tight would be sufficient.

Thanks Cbr.  As I laid there putting them on, in a puddle. Because I had loosed the body bolts and then It began to rain....  I came to the realization that I dont drive far to work every day.  I can check them after a while and make sure they stay tight.

I did only use hand tools.  I do some car work but not enough to warrant purchasing any impact tools.
