99 Silverado RCSB. Replaced the drivers side power window/lock switch. Anyone know the procedure for a reset on the express down feature?

Bringing this up again. My original switch did express down for the drivers side. New switch will only take the express half way down, another touch of the button will bring it another quarter way down, 3rd touch of the button will take it all the way open. I have tried every method I have found, but so far, 3 touches to get the window down is the best I can do. Anybody had this happen? Suggestions?
