New 2018

Hey guys and girls.  Just upgraded my 2007 Sierra to a 2018 GMC Sierra.   Needless to say I'm psyched.  My previous truck did me very well and is mechanically sound and I gave it to my brother.  Reading here trying to figure out the best way to protect the frame from rusting.  It's a 2018 Sierra 1500 Z71.  The fit and finish is unreal in this truck.  You can see my old truck in my sig.  I will miss that truck though.  We had a long history.

Is their any visible rust yet? If not, check it in a few months again and see. I have a 2015 Sierra and so far it has held up really well. I had a 2014 Silverado prior and it had rust when I purchased it. So it isn't consistent across every truck.

No rust so far.  I'm thinking of applying fluid film on tha A-arms up front, but not sure what it would do to the wax on the frame.

I have experience with neither, but I have followed several discussions on here about it. A lot of people buy the same wax coating it has on it already and apply it once a year. I believe it is called Daubert Chemical NoxRust X121B
