2016 Silverado running speaker wire

Hey guys, I'm new to posting to the forum, but gotten a lot of food help just from reading. Not sure where to ask this question though.

The truck I'm in is a 2016 Silverado 2500HD D-Max

So I'm trying to run some wires to my back seat. Got the sill plate off no problem, but what is the easiest way to get the cover off the tray that the wires run in? I tried pulling on it a little but was afraid to break it. Having trouble finding any videos or info on it. Thanks for any help!

Very small fine hook tool and another had as it wants to re click in as you move down the line. Very cheap at out parts store.

So basically just go down the line un hooking each clip? Sounds simple enough. Thanks for the help!
