Weather App partially working

I have a 2015 Sierra that I bought new and when new, the xm weather app worked fine during the trial period.  Well, this June we went on a trip on decided to sign up for the xm service and the travel link from xm.  The gas prices, movies, and hotels show up using the navigation, but the weather app says "XM Weather temporarily unavailable".

 

I've contact xm numerous times and refreshed the signal numerous times with no change.  I've even stopped at the local dealer and they told me that is a xm thing and they can't do anything with it.

 

Anyone here with any ideas?

Just performed a hard reset (Disconnected battery cable and let sit for 30 min) and a a restore factory defaults on radio.  Touched the weather icon and it was attempting to load maps for 10 min.  I gave up.

 

Any ides?
