Suggestions with Silverado nudge bar

Hey everyone. Just got the new nudge bar sport bar and sport steps installed. Is there any solution to get the front park sensors to work maybe using Westin extension kit or even a way to disabled just the from sensors and still have the back ones functional? Thanks for any help guys
