2006 SIlverado: How Best to Glue Rubber to Insulation

Recommended Posts

Hello...I have a new-to-me 2006 Silverado that I'm making presentable. The previous owner drove it for several years on gravel roads with both of the pressure relief vents missing. When you remove the back seat there's a sheet of insulation against the rear of the cab and a triangular molded soft rubber piece that was glued onto the insulation where the vents were. However, both of these pieces had fallen off. I've replaced the vents, removed the insulation and cleaned it, and cleaned the two rubber pieces. What is the best glue to use to fit the two rubber pieces back onto the insulation? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
