Electrical issue

I've got another electrical issue again and I can figure it, was seeing if anyone has experience this before. I've already replaced my alternator since I lost power while driving and battery went dead. And could not hold a charge, replaced been fine for about a month.

Now I've been getting  battery not charging light come on and off. Just today my dash lights go off and lose power to windows gauges and heater an ac but only when driving, when I come to a stop everything starts working again. Got everything tested at auto parts store, everything checks out good. What can this be?

Always good to check ground connections. They seem to corrode, and the ground cables go bad too.
