· Cumulative S-10/Colorado production for the 2003CY will be

approximately 22,000 units less than S-10 production for the 2002CY

· 2003MY S-10 production in Shreveport, LA will stop at the end of

September 2003

· The S-10 Crew Cab will continue to be built in Linden, NJ and will have a

short 2004MY through December 2003. Volumes will remain consistent

at 1,750 avg. units per month throughout the 2003CY

· The 2004 Colorado production will begin on Oct. 6, 2003 (In-line 5 cyl.

only) at Shreveport, LA

· Initial production mix for the Colorado will be: 40% Crew Cab, 40% Ext.

Cab, and 20% Reg. Cab; 65% 2WD, 35% 4WD

· In-line 4 cylinder production will begin in January 2004

· Initial 2004 Colorado allocation will be based on rolling sales history of

the S-10 for the previous 12 months not through availability
