Odometer spun back????

Recently bought a nice '13 GMC Sierra with "103k miles" from a popular dealer out of state with a good reputation.  Carfax showed no services on the truck except for front ball joints last year.  The truck was delivered to me and when I get it home, I start checking things out and find the odometer on the truck reads 103k, but when I hit the trip odometer, it displays 135k so I'm suspecting odometer was turned back.  The dealer wants me to take it to local dealership and have them query the computer to find when it got serviced (change oil light turned off, etc).  

 

Does anyone know if GM dealers will do this and if there would likely be data they can discover?
