Service History?

Can anyone check the service history on the following VIN#? I'm thinking about buying this '98 K3500, crew cab long bed, but I really would like to know what kinda of problems it had during the warranty period or if any at all? I would really appreciate it, thanks!

If you know your local Gm service manger pretty well, sweet talk him into checking it out for you. They can do it in a matter of seconds and even make sure all the recalls have been done on it. Just off the top of my head(it's late, and I'm tired, so forgive me please if I am wrong) I can tell from your VIN that you are looking at a 454--IMHO, I will never own a '98 or later 454, I feel that I can get more power(or just as much) out of a 350--I would tell you about a conversation I had with GMTAC about driveability problems on at least 4 different 454's after updating the programming but it is too long and complicated of a story and I may have to kill you if I tell you.
