Looking For Heater hose connection for 88 Scottsdale

I have a 1988 chevy C2500 I had coolant coming from the passenger foot well and upon investigation found that the hose from the firewall to the heater core was cracked and broken. Im trying to find the replacement part number for this hose. Its about 8in long and forms a slight S shape with a female connection to the heater core and a male connection to the hose on the firewall.
