Engine bogs and dies

I have a 2005 Jimmy with a 4.3l vortec

I have had a excost leak and just got it fix

Before i had it fix my truck ran like crap

Would sputter, die and when under load the engine would want to die.

I have changed

The wires

Plugs

Distributer

Fuel filter

 

What happens is that it eaither will start and die soon as i hit the acclerater or it wont start at all

 

I get a yellow coloured spark when checking for spark

 

As well when i hold the thtoddle body open as i get a helper to turn it over i get shocked.

 

I have no idea what is wrong and if anyone can help thank you
