2019 Silverado Rst noise from below?

I have a 2019 Silverado RST 2wd lifted with a 6 inch procomp kit with 20 inch wheels and 35 inch tires.... every so often when I lightly accelerate or let the truck roll I’ll hear a metal on metal “hum” thought it was brake drag but it’s been checked out. Can’t figure this out listen closely @ 16seconds it’s the best I could get that day... again it doesn’t always happen but every so often I’ll hear it thanks for your advice.
