Shop cant align my truck

I took my truck to 2 different shops for an alignment and its pulled to the left ever since. The camber is 0.9 on the left and 0.5 on the right. The caster is 0.1 on the driver and 3.5 on the passenger and they say that wont cause it to pull, which I dont believe. The second time I brought it to this place (4th alignment total) they said the adjustments were maxed out, but the pull was due to me installing the pitman arm wrong, but the wheel goes 1 3/4 turns each way from center, so I don't see how that could be. They told me to fix the pitman arm and bring it back. The truck has leveling keys and add a leafs in it, but I didnt think it was impossible to align a truck with a leveling kit.
