No more farting....

This weekend I changed my shocks (to Bilstein HD) and beld my front brakes. Now the farting sound that I used to get when I was on the brakes and hit a bump is gone. There wasn't any air in the brake lines, but the fluid was very dirty, so I don't know whether to attribute the fix to the very bad shocks or the very dirty brake fluid. If you have the "farting" brakes, try bleeding them and see if it goes away.

Nope, no smell at all!!! You don't understand... this noise has been bothering me since I bought the truck and the fix may have been to just bleed the brakes. I had been told that it's a "normal" noise. I'm very happy with my truck right now. She might even get a coat of wax this weekend.
