4.8 ls fuel hydrolock

Hello, i have a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with a 4.8 ls. I recently filled up with fuel, after so i had a very bad missfire and running extremely rough, once home tried to restart it and it stopped abruptly during starting, removed the spark plugs and #8 cylinder had fuel pouring out. Had injectors tested and they do not leak and flowed fine. Changed pressure regulator and still same problem.
