Tail light problem

Hello all,

I recently replaced my stock tail lights with LED Headlights and they work perfect but when I turn my headlights on, and don’t step on the brake pedal, (running lights), they don’t work, but when I press on the brake they work fine.

If you have any advice or feedback it would be greatly appreciated.
