Add cruise control to 2020 WT?

I got a new 2020 Silverado WT but it doesn’t have cruise control. I know it’s a long shot but what are the odds the truck is set up for it and I just need to install the switch?

Welcome to the forum. The odds are probably about zero. Unfortunately adding options after the fact is never plug and play these days. Modules need correct programming, and dealers can only program for what the truck originally came with.

 

Other problem is, the vast majority of these trucks come with cruise control so it’s gonna be hard to find anyone else who has even looked into it, let alone done it.
