2015 Mylink Radio Dispay Issued

I have owned a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe for about a year and the radio display has recently started glitching and choosing random things on the screen. Such as, navigation, radio stations, etc. Finally got tired of this and decided to replace the display. Ordered one from Ebay from the same year model vehicle and hooked it up. Radio works but the screen was black. Decided to order one from a company that rebuilds these displays and they sent me one. Plugged it in and it is doing the same exact thing, radio works but the screen is black. Could this be a part number compatibility issue? Is it possible I just received two bad displays? When I plug my old radio back in the display lights back up but just glitches out. I talked to the guy that rebuilds these displays and he states they are all interchangeable. However, when I look up my part number (23278779) it states it is for vehicles with level up, which mine has because it is the Texas edition with air ride in the back. Could this cause the issue?
