Bed Rack Options

Does anyone know of a good mounting system/bed rack that doesn't require drilling a bunch of holes?  Mr Google only gave me one option and it doesn't look compatible with the diamondback cover I'm ordering.  Lots of options for Tacomas and Fords.  

I'm looking to mount a shovel, axe, etc.

I think you are talking about something like this (which is probably the one you referred to and doesn't appear will work with a bed cover - not to mention being for a Tacoma)
