Infotainment touchscreen

While driving and listening to the radio today I started hearing clicking as if I was touching the touchscreen. I normally keep the dash screen on the info screen. It had changed to the audio screen. The touchscreen started browsing through the radio stations and eventually changed the station. I tried calibrating the screen but it was no help. If anyone knows how to fix this I would appreciate it

You have one of 2 issues. Either your steering wheel controls are causing your touch screen to operate or your touch screen itself is faulty.

If you have the know how to remove the drivers side airbag (do not disconnect the airbag. Just lean it down) you can disconnect the steering wheel connector and see if the touch screen still operates without being touched. More than likely the screen is separated internally and will need to be replaced. But this is how you can tell for sure.
