Those "things" ought to be illegal. I wouldn't give you 7 cents for them, let alone $700.

Picture this....

You are driving along minding your own business and you go through an intersection. Out of the corner of your eye, you see a vehicle sitting at the intersection not moving, but the wheels are spinning. In your mind, you get the optical illusion that this vehicle is MOVING! You hit the brakes or jerk your steering wheel thinking this idiot is pulling out in front of you. It's not a good feeling. I've had this happen a few times and I hate it.

Good luck unloading them, but please don't sell them to anyone who lives in Florida.

thanks for the quick reply...

i am afraid, i cannot decide right now. im in school in MI and my truck and rims are at home in MN. when i get back in 3 weeks, i'll find out if i can indeed put the spinners on them, and i'll get back to ya. 650 is a fair price. i am still debating though, im saving up for a s/c to buy in Jan. Don't hold off for me, i'll get back to ya later!

Victory Red,

I couldn't disagree with you more..

Thats like saying "don't get a bright paint job because it distracts me while I'm driving"... or "I can't believe that pretty girl in a mini-skirt can walk on the sidewalk! She could distract me!"..

If spinner's distract you while your driving, I would say you're not paying enough attention to the road and to the moving vehicles on it..

Everyone is responsible for their own driving no matter what you see around you...

Just my 2 cents...

No offense, just opinion..

Sounds like you maybe act a little prematurely while driving from that post :D

I had it happen to me the other day....Scared the crap out of me for a split second.

I don't think it's "acting pre-maturely"...I think it's being a good driver by watching traffic, being attentive, and reacting at all. A lot of people wouldn't notice a 747 landing on the street next to them, much less a car pulling out.

It's called defensive driving....Looking out for the other guy.

But I do think the spinning wheels are pretty d@mn cool too.
