2019 V6 Canyon - AUX Input sporadic working --mostly not working

OMG ...this is frustrating. Why does my high end sony walkman or samsung phone not work in the aux input? Sometimes they work, then I will shut truck off to get gas or whatever, turn it back on and aux input not working. If I shut truck off all might and have walkman plugged in also all night but off then it does not work when I start truck... Is this infotainment system made in China?

 

Also noticed that there are times i cannot shut off the radio like when truck is in reverse. I can live with that but the aux not working bugs me to no end. 

 

Anyone else have the aux input not working correctly issue?

OK...aux not working so connected via bluetooth and that works. So ok I guess. I will report the aux issue to the dealer since it is under warranty.
