Wiring back up lights straight to fuse box?

Hi all, I will be installing the Rigid industries backup light kit with wiring to my 2020 Sierra 1500 Elevation. But before I do so i have a few questions.
I'd like to tap straight into the reverse light fuse slot instead of tapping directly into the back up light wire. I looked at the fuse box diagram but cannot seem to find the slot. Would anyone happen to know which it is? If not ill tap straight into the reverse light wire whoever im not sure which is the hot wire...

Finally does anyone know which of the fuse outlets on the driver side happen to be constant hot?

On my driver's side fuse box, every spot down the middle was hot, even with the key off. There is a power rail going right down the middle.
