2018 Canyon Intellilink black, appears dead

Went to drive today and my Intellilink is dead, Screen is black, nothing works.  was working fine last night when I came home from work and parked it.  any ideas?  I've tried turning everything off and on again several times.  Small display on the dashboard still works fine.

I heard they pushed a big update. Maybe you just need to give it satellite time(not in a covered structure... so it could.

I had my screen black out a year or two ago and it came back. I think it’s update related.

Thanks for the update (pun  intended), I hope that's the case.  It sits in my driveway uncovered so hopefully it will recover.

well, it's working again this morning, so Thanks for the info, i'm hoping it's update related as you mentioned and not an indication of problems to come.

I think I saw it do that 2 or 3 times over 3 years... so hopefully it was an update.
