Looking for help

I have a 2008 Silverado with 175k mikes on it. It’s a 5.3L flex fuel truck. It’s warming up and shutting the fuel pump off and won’t allow it to come back on till it cools back down. I have replaced the ecm/pcm, fuel pump, fuel pump relay, fuel pump fuse, and ignition module. Still does it soon as it warms up I can’t figure it out anyone else have this problem?

You didn't replace the Fuel Pump Control Module, the likely culprit.  If you are going to keep this truck, get a Tech-2 so you can accurately work on it, without throwing parts at it.
