I've seen a number of posts regarding it messing with the key fob distance and TPMS.  I also noticed that some said to route it down the driver's side as opposed to where the radios for the truck are. 

 

Question is, did this resolve it?  Did you need to add a ferrite core?  Better USB power?  Mine is en route so wanted to get a heads up since I have some time before my truck will be in my hands (engine failure)
