Swapping front doors on 2011 Silverado 3500HD

My current 2011 Silverado 3500HD is manual windows, can I take doors off  another 2011 Silverado 3500 that is power window power lock and plug it into the existing wire harness would everything work? Or do fuses also have to go in?
