Loosening torsion bars to lower front end

What with all the talk about cranking the torsion bars to lift the front end, has anyone loosened them to lower the front end?

I can't possibly immagine why anyone would do that...

 

Well, wait, I guess I kinda did.

 

I took my Ford keys out that I put in, and lowered it back to stock cuz I got sick of the really really harsh ride

Ya it does, I did it on my truck! No problems, I would get a alingment tho
