dash bulbs

I know on the 00 silverado's the abd and ses light's are led's and canot be changed but how about the message center I no longer have any light's in there[battery-cargo-low washer fliud ect. is this just a bulb any feedback thank's

It may be a "plug-in" module... I had my dash apart when I put in the white face gages, but I don't really remember for sure...

 

You need to get a good service manual (or maybe someone here can help) to let you know for sure...

 

The weird thing is that they all quit, so that makes me think that there maybe something wrong "upstream"...

The helms manual states:

 

"LEDs are not replaceable individually. If LED replacement is needed, replace the entire instrument panel cluster"

 

Some of the bulbs are replaceable. I didnt see anything about the message center

does this scenario apply to lighted buttons on the factory stereo? A couple

of the lighted buttons are inop, would like to fix if its "doable"

Fixed there is a 8 pin plug in that had come unpluged when I had it apart. Thanks for the replies
