Colorado towing questions

I towed my 6800lb boat with my wife's Canyon 2.8 4x4.  It did just fine.

Occasionally on some bridge washboard like areas it would give you a mild sway from the back but nothing overly scary.

I'd try sumo springs first ... look easy to install and reasonably priced  ... for long hauls.

I have a 2019 Colorado Z71 4X4 Duramax long bed and tow same trailer pay load. truck came with Air Lift bags. They seem even out load and fills pretty stable. During hot summer days and towing up hill my trans heats up to 230 degrees, looking for trans cooler to keep temp down. Has anybody used Stacked Plate or Plate and Fin coolers?
