Which manual transmissions can bolt to a 4.8L that can handle around 500 to 600whp?

This is my first time stepping toward  custom building or even joining a forum

I can provide more information on the build I would appreciate any help I can get

You will need a built T56 or a TR6060 plus a clutch that can handle the power and weight of the truck.

Thank You. The truck is a long bed 2 and wheel drive. Would I have to change the bail housing or the drive shaft?

Both of those transmission will have their own bell housing because they are designed for a clutch and flywheel.

You will require a new driveshaft no matter what. A stock drive for one won't fit and it's also not strong enough or rated for a high enough speed that you will likely be going. A long bed 2WD truck will need a beefy driveshaft that's for sure.
