Throttle Enhancers 6.2L

Help me understand, has anyone tried using any of the throttle enhancers or handheld tuners that are out on the market?  It seems like they all have similar functions, but are a bit different.  Obviously more money, more functionality, but is there a difference?  I’m not opposed to a using a tuner, but I’m just looking for better throttle response and don’t want to do anything that will void my warranty.

Throttle enhancers do nothing for HP they just re-index the throttle, let say you take off from a stop and push the pedal 3/8 down and you take off with a throttle enhancer that same take off will be something a 1/4 of the way down with the same take off from a stop making it them more sensitive and that's it. Now a tune your looking at big bucks and both WILL void your warranty.
