The radio on my 2016 Silverado just changes randomly to whatever it wants to. It affects the touch screen ability, phone app and will cycle as it feels like. I've checked the connections. Anyone have the same problem, solution?

Maybe some moisture inside of it? I would remove the radio from the truck, which is pretty easy to do.

Then I would de-humidify it.

You could wrap it up in paper towels, and then submerge it in a bucket of dry rice for a few days.

You can also put it in front of a fan for 24 hours.

Or you could set you oven to "warm" for a few hours, and then check the temperature. Once the oven is at a warm, safe temperature - you could bake the stereo for a few hours or so. I know this sounds crazy, but it woks. Recently, a cup of tea was knocked over, and it poured water down the side of my high end VR gaming computer. The intake fans literally sprayed tea all over the inside of the case, while the computer was on. Needless to say, the computer was not working after that. I removed the video card, and fluid dribbled out of it.

I baked all the computer parts, put it all back together, and it fired right up.

This has been going on for the better part of a year now. I don't drive it very often. My initial thinking was possible low voltage from the lack of driving it, low voltage always causes strange things to happen. This issue Googles as a problem for a handful of owners. Thanks for your input.
