Truck starting issues

I have a 2016 silverado 2500 that has had issues starting for years, it will happen then stop randomly, but when I've taken to the shop, they cannot make it happen again. But we have replaced the starter, battery,, alternator, and still will not start some times, it makes a grinding noise and tried to kick over but can't, any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Or anyone having this same issue? Thanks in advance

could be a starter alignment issue, the drive Bendix is not engaging the flywheel at times, or flywheel has a missing or damaged tooth and will only happen when motor stops at that point.
