changing speedometer with larger tires.

I changed the tires and wheels on my Silvarado 1500 to taller tires. Howcan I calibrate the speedometer so it is accurate?

Rough Country sells a plug in module that you enter the stock and new tire sizes via computer and it adjusts the computer accordingly. You can spend a lot more on a Pulsar LT and that also has the option of changing tire sizes and several other things. I picked up an open box Rough Country module off ebay for about $80 off retail. I had seen too many weird issues/complaints about the Pulsar for me to want to spend over $500 for it and it doesn't give you any performance gain, just throttle adjustment.
