2014 GMC sierra 1500 Left turn not working on trailer plug

 fuse f14 is ok just wondering if any one Knows where the KR 63 L relay located the right side works good. When you put on the right turn you can here the relay flashing but cant feel it and sends voltage to the F17  and nothing out of the left side no relay noise or voltage from f14
