I think our Prez. will be upbeat and positive about the economy and that we have a long way to go on the war on terror.

I don't think he'll congratulate Kerry on winning the Iowa caucus :seeya:

I'm just glad we have a president with a backbone. We've had too many wimps who cower at the thought of conflict, and are too scared to enforce our freedoms.

This democrat "Dean" That guy is another LBJ waiting to happen. if he somehow gets elected and we have to go to war.......iit won't be pretty.

I personally will be glad when Dubya has spent his last day in office.

I disagree.

He has the courage to make decisions without taking

a public opinion pole first.

I believe he is doing what he thinks is best for our country.

I voted for him, and so far I've not seen any Democrats who I would vote for over him this time. I love that he is so decisive with other countries and does not let them walk all over us. I've almost always liked Republican foreign policies more than Democrat's forgeign policies. However I often do have to question the Republican domestic policies.

I guess that's why I'm registered Independent, because in my ideal world the President and Congress would most likely hand foreign affairs like the Republicans do the the domestic affairs like the Democrats.

But so far I think Bush has done a fine job, and I truly believe that if it had been Gore in office these past few years we would be much worse off. I just wish Bush had a different stance on Social Security, Medicare, and Education.

"I don't agree with most of what he wants to do with this country if he is re-elected. "

Like what?

I would rather not start a political fight on the board (it will inevitably happen if we get into discussing political views). That is what PUTC is for.

I have my own reasons also, most of them due to mydemocratic tendancies and my dislike of how the Bush has handled things. I will not argue that he would or wouldn't have done better than Gore. Its not relevant. I just believe that 4 more years of his administration will not improve the countries situation or reputation. I don't think it is all Dubya's fault, but he IS the person in charge of making things happen and I just don't think he can do it due to the influence of his parties supporters. This country needs a serious tuneup and if we continue on his path, we will need a major overhaul in 4 years.

Not Flamebait, only my opinion. Notice I did not repute any statements by anyone else.
