my 2020 GMC Terrian STL Side Detection Unavailable

It's been a month since my 2020 GMC terrian SLT side detection becomes unavailable, i took it back to the dealership i bought the vehicle from four days ago and they still haven't figure out what's going on with the vehicle, i just bought this vehicle a month ago. can anyone please help. my vehicle has been siting at the dealership for 5 days now and they still haven't figure out the issue.
