P129F Fuel Pump Control Model Location

Hi, my truck is a 2019 LT Crew Cab, recently won’t start. It has 55k miles. Dropped it off at dealer, may or may not be covered under powertrain warranty ( I saw an old post from a gm rep that stated this part was included ) but it was a 10 yr old post so may not be.

 

Anyways, just in case they try to charge an exorbitant amount, where is it located? I saw on some prev forum that at least 1 individual ordered a used part on eBay and it was plug and play, if it’s a new part does it need programming?

Under truck above driveshaft. No programming required.
