2019 Silverado Subwoofer Install Help / Sound Issues

I need some help here, literally pulling my hair out. 
 

I have a 2019 Silverado Z71 LTZ with Bose (electronic dash and HUD not sure that matters). I’m using an LCi2 Pro and my old Memphis D 1000 watt to power an 8 inch sub for some extra bump. 
 

I’ve tried tapping in to the subwoofer wire as well as the right front speaker wires and no matter what I do, when I hit a certain volume level on the sub it begins to distort. At first I thought it was the ANC, turns out my truck already has that deleted from factor at least that’s how it appears, although I still installed the adapter. I thought it was the LCi2 pro, swapped for the one in my car, same thing. Thought it was the amp, swapped for the 500w in my car, same thing. Hooked up the sub in my car, everything sounds great and works fine. Ran the 1000D off of the LCi2 from my car, no issues. I’m using the remote on my LCi2 to control the loudness and it doesn’t matter if I set it to half, turn the radio up or keep the radio down and set it to full, I can’t get past a certain “loudness” before it distorts / sounds like it’s backfeeding or inverting. 

 

I cannot figure this out, doesn’t seem like it’s the gear based on my testing, has to be something with the truck, I just have no idea what it is or where to go next.
