Curt 57003 or 57004.  That's it.  This is why the Putco one from GM plugs into the taillights with a plug and play harness to bypass having to use the trailer plug all together.  

 

Trailer lighting control module is in charge here.  The only other thing I can think of, is if you found a way to tie in some resistors to the lightbar, and then plug the lightbar in.

I did find this product for my specific light bar that I think may work even though it says 1500 not 3500:

Check the description on there, says won't work on 2024 (for whatever reason).

Well that’s awesome…good catch. 
so I’m back to hardwiring or will that not work either? If I go that route where would you tap into?
