Squeaking sound Front Passenger Side Wheel

So, my truck has been making a squeaking noise on the passenger side front wheel. It happens when the truck is moving and its more noticeable when turning the wheel right while the truck is moving. I'm thinking it's the wheel hub. I did replace the front brake pads thinking that was the issue but it's not. What do yawl think it is please advise?

It's a 2020 Gmc Sierra 1500 Elevation on a 3'' lift

Because the sound changes when you turn, the wheel hub may be the problem. However, other possibilities need to be checked for a diagnosis to verify. Which will be the squeaking? It might be from the suspension parts: the control arm bushings, the ball joints, or the tie rods, and the most probable thing is the tires of the car. Furthermore, the installation of the lift could put excess weight on specific areas of the vehicle and thus cause unusual wear which could easily be the problem. The one possibility that remains is the deterioration of the wheel bearing, which alleges that it is the cause of the noise that occurs under load. Prudently, the examination of the wheel bearing, suspension as well as the steering components should be the primary focus of the problem. When the noise is heard only when you direct the car to the right, I suggest you check the right side of the truck and look for any faulty parts causing the noise or rubbing.
