Programming AM Radio Presets

Need some help/advice from those who may have walked this path.  I have a 2019 1500 LD.  Dealing with a radio problem.  I'm wondering if there is a method to "reset" or "reinitialize" the radio.

 

The problem is I can't program "Favorites".  The radio will scan for frequencies in the AM band.  According to the manual, and YouTube there is two ways to do Favorites.

 

First way is the scan, and then when you get the list of stations you found, you hold your finger down on the frequency for 2 seconds and it sets that on a Favorite Button.

 

The other way is to dial in the frequency, (AM, FM or XM), and then go to the Numbered Favorites (seen in picture) and hold done the button for 2 seconds.  

 

If you notice the Favorites Image, the "Done" is always lit, and I think that may be hosing my ability to store stations by being stuck in a button press sequence.

 

I tried a reset of the radio by pulling power, (see the other image, yellow fuse), but that only drops power to the radio and does not reset the radio to factory defaults.

 

Anyone know how to reset the radio, wiping out the memory etc?
