So I managed to grab one of those center console phone wireless charger kits locally from someone that sold their truck. Includes the harness adapter but it looks to be different for the 2023 trucks. Does anyone have a pinout or know what wires to tap on the rear plug of the center console for this to get the right power?

Are you familiar with the   gm upfitter site?

 

You can download the wiring diagram for you '23 truck.

Page 7-930 shows the wiring for the wireless charger.
