Readable data

Can anyone tell me if there's a way to read the trucks computer and tell dates and times of when the truck was cranked, drive duration, mileage and shut down? 

Truck is a 2005 Chevrolet 2500 6.0, 4x4.

On a computer that old, likely not. There isn't enough memory on them to hold a ton of data like that.

 

On the newer computers that use CAN-BUS, they hold a lot more information that can be used by dealership to help pinpoint things and to also track stuff to void warranties if the computers were modded.
