Headlight assembly adjuster

2015 Sierra 1500. I'm assuming the ball popped out of the headlight assembly since the low beam is pointing way low and will not adjust up or down.

How did you guys get the ball to pop back in the socket of the headlight assembly. Did you have to remove the headlight assembly?

Easy.  I upgraded to the 2016 headlight assembly

I'm looking for instructions on how to pop the ball back in. Not spend $1600 on new housings.
