Hello, today at 37,000 miles I had sudden brake clicking that is very audible when on and in park. When turned off or shifted to a gear it goes away. But I am confused how this randomly started being so loud when pressed in the on/park position. Any insight or fixed would be greatly appreciated!

I was able listen more closely and it is sounding like it is coming from right where you would put your hand to shift on the gear selector

Probably just your park lockout switch that requires you to have your foot on the brake to shift from park.
